Returns and Exchanges:

We have a no return policy as the items are customized. You have 7 days to exchange your item from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and free of any odors or pet hair. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges will only be permitted in store after approval by Goldfish Uniforms. Goldfish Uniforms has the right to deny any exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Since our items are customized, we do not allow refunds per our store policy. Items can be exchanged within our exchange policy terms and conditions.
