Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all addresses within the State of Wisconsin. Shipping to other states and international shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Delays While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, or events outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
